a year for insects.
This pretty little moth
kept me company an entire day
on the ceiling of my room.
i would love to get closer to
this beauty
dining on the agapanthus 'Elaine' nectar
However
i require a long-ish lens
to capture the gorgeous marbling
in the nest of the bald faced hornet
What beautiful photos...I do love moths and nests. So gorgeous..and thank you. It has been such a hard and difficult time here lately. Your pictures bring me joy.

Butterflies are such beautiful creatures; and hornets are such creative architects/builders. Glad the latter are not too close!
